Delivery terms

When you shop with us, VAT is always included in the stated price. We deliver all products and accessories in cooperation with forwarders such as Bring Express, Posten and Schenker. Please note that, except for Gotland, we cannot deliver to addresses that require boat transport within Sweden.

Forwarders

The delivery time is normally about 2–7 working days, depending on whether the product is in our central warehouse or if it is ordered on request directly from the supplier's warehouse. We always do everything we can to meet the estimated delivery time, so that you receive your products as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, it can take a little longer than estimated, if, for example, we have to wait for delivery from the supplier. However, we will deliver your order as soon as we can. Please note that as a customer, you must always be able to show identification when handing over/delivering the products.

Delivery confirmation

Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. You will also receive an email with delivery confirmation when the product(s) leave our warehouse.

Transport damage

If any damage occurs during transport, please report the damage to our customer service via email or telephone. We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency and the report must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has noticed or should have noticed the defect. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. For companies, the report of damage in transport must be received within seven days.

In order for the matter to be processed as quickly as possible, we ask that you keep the product's packaging so that it can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, a replacement, repair or price reduction will be made.

We strive to save our resources and, among other things, we reuse packaging as often as possible. Therefore, the packages may look a bit “homemade”. We hope for your understanding of this. The products inside must of course be new and unused!

Pick up in store

If you are unable to be at home and meet the shipping company's delivery times, you can select Pick up yourself as the delivery method at checkout. Then you can pick up your products yourself from one of our stores at a time that suits you.
When you choose Pick up in store, you pay for your products with the desired payment method in the webshop checkout. After your order has been received, the products are sent internally from our central warehouse to the desired store. In the order confirmation there is a link where you select the desired store. Please note that we will send you an email and a text message as soon as the products are produced and ready to be picked up, so that you do not have to go out unnecessarily. Please note that the order will return to our central warehouse 14 days after you receive the first notification.
