This is how you shop
- Once you have found a product you want to buy, click buy to put the product in The shopping cart . In the same way, you add additional products to your shopping cart.
- After you have added all the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, go to checkout , the link for which you will find at the top right – To the checkout - on the current page.
- Select desired delivery method (Free shipping, Pick up in store or Express delivery). Read more about our different delivery methods .
- Make sure that all the products you wish to purchase are in your shopping cart. If you want to change the quantity or remove any product, you can do so at checkout. If you want to add a product to your shopping cart, find it as usual and click buy to update the shopping cart, and then click through to checkout again.
- Choose it payment method you wish to use. Read more about our different payment methods & financing .
- Fill in your address and personal data . Here, for certain payment methods, you can easily have your address information retrieved from the population registry, after you have filled in your personal identity number, which is then automatically entered into the form. You also fill in the email address and telephone number (preferably a mobile number) at which you can most easily be reached.
- When all information is filled in correctly and you have ensured that you have added the correct products to the shopping cart, choose to confirm your order by clicking Complete .
- When you confirm your order, your payment will be processed according to the terms of the payment method you have chosen and those delivery method as you wish.
- You will get a order confirmation via email confirming that we have received your order.
- You will also receive an email with a delivery confirmation when your products leave our warehouse.
