Shoes can be tricky to buy without trying them on and we want to try to provide the best possible help in choosing a size. Below is the NRS table for shoe sizes. Please note that all shoes that are considered unisex are listed with men's sizes as standard. To provide even better information, we at Plums have measured the inside length of the shoes we have in our range, see lists of this after the NRS table.

The inside length of the shoes has been measured with a measuring tape. We have measured as accurately as we can, but see our information as a guide, not an exact science. All measurements are made on the left shoe. Feel free to measure your foot or the inside length of a shoe you have at home for comparison.
